HYDRA - the optional warm water-heat transmitter for the PARABOL and
PHOBOS Models.
Created and made in the heart of Europe: Messina design stoves - are handmade in small numbers at our metalworking business in the
Principality of Liechtenstein - from the bending of steel plates, followed by the pouring of the combustion chamber stones, to the careful assembly of the individual
components as well as the complex surface treatments.
The HYDRA concept
Thermal output to water occurs above the diffusers,
where the combustion is entirely finished.
However, there are still very high temperatures at the point of heat transfer.
On one hand, this concept reduces the emissions and on the other hand, enables
a maximum heat transfer to the water. This can then be used via buffer storage
to supply heat for e.g. a floor heating or for heating tap water. The water register can quickly be freed from soot by means of a cleaning
lever, without having to open the service door. A thermal discharge safety
device provides protection against overheating, even if there is a power failure.
The warm water heat transmitter turns a Messina stove into an integral part
of a state of the art energy-saving Heating system (for e.g. combi wood firing
plus solar energy).
